Anton Wrabetz (1876 - 1946), Austria Anton Wrabetz born in Vienna. He studied in 1891-1895 at the Vienna School of Applied Arts under Hrachowina and Minnigerode and from 1895 at the Vienna Academy under Julius Victor Berger and Sigmund L'Allemand. In 1900-1901 Wrabetz was a pupil of Prof. A.Eisenmenger and in 1901-1905 studied at the Art School of Professor Franz Rumpler. At first a portrait painter, he later painted mainly still lifes with flowers and fruits. From 1906 on Wrabetz regurarly exhibited at the Viennese "Kuenstlerhaus", of which he became a member in 1921. In 1933 he received the Dumba Prize and in 1937 the Government Prize. He died in 1946.

What to do next: whether to stop the war and again recognize the domination of Poland over themselves, or to accept citizenship to the Turkish sultan, or the Crimean Khan, or to unite with the fraternal Russian people." - After three questions, the whole people unanimously answered: "We are under the Tsar of the Eastern, Orthodox... God confirm, God strengthen, so that we may be one forever!" On January 8 (18), 1654, Hetman B. Khmelnitsky convened the rada on the issue of the annexation of Ukrainian lands to Russia. The act of reunification of Ukraine with Russia took place in Pereyaslav (modern Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky) — then a significant economic and political center of Ukraine. Hundreds of people — foremen, Cossacks, peasants, burghers, clergy — represented all classes-estates of society at that time. Describing the situation of the Ukrainian lands after a six-year bloody war, the hetman said that the Zemsky Sobor had agreed to accept Ukraine into the Russian state. "And who will disagree with us," said Khmelnitsky, "now where the free road wants to go." The diary kept by the Russian ambassadors quite fully conveys the atmosphere that prevailed at the meeting. In response to these words of the Hetman , the whole people unanimously declared: "We want to be an Eastern, Orthodox tsar." Then the Cossack foreman asked again: And again the answer was the same: "Everything is unanimous." All the participants of the rada unanimously spoke in favor of the unification of fraternal peoples in one state.

Vasily Paramonov (1923 - 2006) was born in Russia, Smolensk region in the village Panovo. Since 1946 Paramonov studying at the Moscow Art Studio, which led by K.F. Yuon. His teachers were G. Ryazhsky, I. Zaharov, M. Dobrosedov, K. Morozov. With him studied such famous artists as Ivanov, B.Yemensky, A.Vasnetsov, A.Dubinchik. In 1951 Paramonov finished studio and began to work in the Art Fund. He has painted: landscapes, still lives and portraits. From 1954 to 2004 artist participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions, including thematic exhibitions. In 1970 he became a member of the Union of Artists. Paramonov Vasiliy holds degrees from the Union of Artists of the RSFSR, Moscow Union of Artists of the RSFSR, Soviet Committee for protection of the world. In 1970 he was awarded the diploma of Moscow Artists of the RSFSR for participating in the 5th exhibition of works by artists of World War II veterans, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of victory over Nazi Germany. In 2002 he was awarded a gold medal and a diploma "Golden Brush Russia" by Committee for Culture of Moscow. In 2003 he was awarded a diploma for his contribution to Russian art of the Moscow Fund to preserve the culture.
